Questions
How much does it cost to build a data platform?
Our Foundations engagements typically start from A$30,000 or Rp 250 jt as a base fee, plus a milestone bonus of up to 30% when agreed outcomes are delivered. Tool and cloud costs for a company your size are often a few hundred dollars a month.
Which data warehouse should we use?
For most scale-ups, BigQuery or Snowflake. We'll recommend based on your existing cloud, data volume, team skills and budget. The Health Check or discovery phase settles it.
Will we be locked in to Nadi?
No. Everything lives in your accounts, uses mainstream open tools like dbt, and is documented so any competent engineer can take it over.
